Though is a bit difficult, because she sings an Italian from poetry or somthing. I'll try my best =D
EDIT: "Come raggio di sol" (= Like a sunbeam) translation ^^
Like a calm and quiet sunbeam
rests above placid waves
while the hidden storm
stays in the deep sine of the sea
So it does sometimes the happy and calm laugh
adorning a mouth with joy, with happiness
while in secret it anguishes and tortures
his suffering heart.

I would like to say that there is a typo in the topic title. It's supposed to be "Haikyo" (transliteration of Japanese 廃墟, meaning "ruins") instead of "Haikyu", which is not even an actual word in Japanese.
