Who is this "sime"? I think I've heard that name somewhere~
Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
Guys, there's an update on Shikata's website:
http://www.fwinc.co.jp/music/shikata/
Apparently, we can now listen to a preview of the songs here:
http://www.animate.tv/pv/details.php?id=1305171081
I'm gonna listen later. xD

For those who can't read .asx files, here is the .rar file with the MP3 version of the previews ^^

01 Quite calm, and I think this is the intro for the whole mini-album. As an intro is quite good and relaxing~
02 I simply love this new version.
03 Another calm and I guess sad song. Beautiful.
04 My new favourite song X___X Oh my god it's AWESOME.
05 Nothing new D: the sound's a bit strange, I guess it's because of the quality ><

Thank you Maruko-san! That saved me from my slow internet connection. xD
Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
My review:
01 - Very calm...like sleeping in the forest.
02 - THIS IS GONNA KILL EVERYTHING ELSE I SWEAR! XDD
03 - OMG a semi-male-voice Shikata singing a sad song. /OwO\
04 - Awesome song for traveling through forests and hiking.
05 - Like Maruko said, nothing new, but it still sounds awesome.
Overall, I think I will love EVERY bit of this new CD. xDDD

Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
Thank you for the link~ Life saver as always, Maruko.
I think it's not very different from the one we've known before. I personally like the old version of Pantalea. It's somehow calmer. But since I haven't listened to the complete version, I can't be perfectly sure yet. Who knows, maybe the high, up-beat Pantalea is interesting as well! That includes the other songs. ^__^

Phio-chan is right. Those are only previews. Who knows, there might be some "awesome parts" in the full versions...

Yes, I agree =D When I first heard Tethe'alla and Akakakushi I wasn't very surprised... but when the full versions came out I was just > O_______O AWESOME.
Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
I don't have words to describe how awesome this new album is.
Oh goddess, I now have to buy it today, as soon as possible.

Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
Maybe if I haven't listened to the full version of Byakumu no Mayu, I would've never liked it very much yet.
Same thing for some of the songs on Haikyou to Rakuen.

Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
I'm really having trouble viewing these because my internet connection is just...kind of slow (even my Facebook hangs when I stream it). xD
Could anyone convert it to mp3 or something? But not right away, if you have time only. Thank you very much.

Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
Leave it to me! Also the first one? Or just the second one?
Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
Both if it's okay...
Thanks in advance! You're truly a life saver! *hugs*

Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
Oh... it seems I can't save the audio file, thus I can't convert them D:
Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
Do you know how to record in Audacity (or any recording program)? You can record the clips instead...if it's okay. Then save them in audio format.
But if that doesn't work, I'll find another way...maybe I'll stream at my friend's laptop sometime. xD

Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
Oh yes I can do it, but the quality won't be very good... is it ok?
Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
I understand that. I do that sometimes when I can't find a particular song's mp3 format. Thank you very much! And sorry for being too pushy. xD

If you manage to translate them or part of them It will be FANTASTIC ç___ç
Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
Well, the first voice blog:
Shikata talks about Pitalacta, and her recording sessions. She seemed nervous. And she mentions that the theme is "forest", as we all know. She also mentions "The forest of Pantalea", meaning that the album could've been set in a "Pantalea Forest". She also talked about images and inspirations for the song and her work.
That's pretty much what I could decipher from her first voice blog. Sorry if it's not enough. -_-

Re: Byakumu no Mayu ~Ricordando il passato~
Thank you, kazaki! That is interesting. It's fun to hear the singer talks about her new song. She really loves things related to nature, hmm?
