[Haikyou to Rakuen] Doko he
Composition, Lyrics & Arrangement: Akiko Shikata
Album: Haikyou to Rakuen
Track Number: 07
Lyrics/Kanji: http://lyrics.wikia.com/志方あきこ_(Akiko_Shikata):何処へ
English Translation: Kazaki (please forgive my noobish translations xD)
kaeru basho wasureta tori mou sugata mo omoidasenai watashi wa…
帰る場所 忘れた鳥 もう姿も思い出せない私は…
The bird that forgot its place to return; I could not even remember its appearance anymore
hitori tatazumu akane no oka kimi no nokoshita ashiato dake ga uzuite'ru
独り佇む 茜の丘君の残した足跡だけが疼いてる
Standing alone on the hill of madder*, only the footprints you left tingle me
omoi no kusari saemo tsunagi todomeru koto ga dekinai nukumori wa
想いの鎖さえも繋ぎ留める事が出来ないぬくもりは
The warmth could not even keep the chain of thoughts tied
doko e kieru no?
何処へ消えるの?
Where did you disappear to?
iroaseta yakusoku sarau kaze wa itami ni akaku kasumu ano sora e yuku noni
色褪せた約束 さらう風は 悼みに赤く霞む あの空へ行くのに
The faded promise stolen by the wind, and will go to the that painful hazy red sky
miminari ni yuragu kioku ima omokage nemuru gunjouiro no sougen de
耳鳴りに揺らぐ記憶 いま 面影眠る 群青色の草原で
Now the memories that sway and ring in my ears**, the sleeping face in the azure-blue grass
awaku hikaru hana-tachi ga mamoru hosoku tayorinaku ikizuku sono michi wa
淡く光る花達が守る 細く頼りなく 息づくその道は
The fainty-lighted flowers protects that thin, unreliable road that is alive
doko e tsuzuku no?
何処へ続くの?
Where will you linger***?
nakushita nukumori wo torimodosu tame
喪くしたぬくもりを取り戻すため
To get back the lost warmth
kimi wo sagashitsukareta ashi mo kimi wo machi itamu mune mo
君を探し疲れた足も 君を待ち痛む胸も
Even with legs tired of searching for you, even with a heart in pain of waiting for you
sasayaku you ni utau you ni kimi wo motomeru yo
囁くように歌うように 君を求めるよ
To whisper and sing it to you, I will look for you
itsuka aeru no?
何時か会えるの?
Will we meet someday?

** "miminari" means "noise that rings inside the ear"...something like that
*** literally means "continue"; can also be used for the term "carry on"

Thanks for that ^^
Doke e is good but kinda... sad?
Any way, the correct is Doko e or doko he?

Both are correct. へ is either read as "e" or "he"; it means "to". Old Japanese sings even pronounce it as "we". xD
I just discovered this song through the Kalliope Piano Concert. It broke my heart into pieces. It's so beautiful. T_T xD

The lyrics are very beautiful, yet the notes are crazily high that I could not reach it with my voice. The overall arrangement of the song is pretty good, but not one which would make me hooked. Sorry. ^^"
But thank you for the translation, kazaki! You did well.

Aww, it's okay. It's just a matter of taste. And thank you very much phio-chan!
It's just that every time I hear her high-pitched voice, she seems to be crying, and I feel like crying too.
