Coin no Uraomote Vol.49

1.) VAGRANCY JUKEBOX.
Again, VAGRANCY JUKEBOX started as a featured widget on the VAGRANCY website, which features a playlist of previews of Akiko Shikata's songs (+ voice message!) under the VAGRNACY label.
There came a bug with that jukebox which resulted to its inactivity a few months ago.

Now, however, IT'S AVAILABLE AS A WIDGET FOR ALL.

I'm not sure if I can translate the page at this time, but let me finish this issue first.

2.) Utau Oka ～Ar=Ciel　Ar=Dor～
Another release supposedly related to Ar Tonelico. I'll download the album that Maruko has so approvingly provided us in this forum in a moment.

VAGRANCY shares that the new album's last track, Ec Tisia ～Tarifa～, is the long version of Ar Tonelico 3's Utau Oka～Harmonics TILIA～.

3.) Istoria ～Kalliope～ Site Opening
Supposedly branched of Istoria ～Musa～, this CD is centered at the eldest of the nine muses of Greek Mythology, Kalliope (usually spelled "Calliope"), the muse of poetry. The album in itself is described as "highly emotional," and the issue apologizes to its readers for waiting so long.

4.) Pantalea Concert

When: October 16 2010, gathering at 5:30pm, start at 6pm (GMT+9)
Where: Differ ARIAKE Arena (used frequently for martial arts events, particularly in wrestling =_=)
Price: 5,800 yen, tax included (approx $70) (tickets are sold out, though. They can't be bought on the day itself, either.)

9.) Mobile Suit GundamSite Updates
A new feature called Shikata no Tsubuyaki, will released monthly to mobile subscribers.

10.) Introducing Shikata no Tsubayaki
It's gotten colder these past few days. It's really beginning to feel like fall. Working on the CDs and concert let the summer pass me by without my noticing much, so I can already feel fall even if it hasn't completely arrived yet.

Tomorrow (note that this was published on the 28th), Utau Oka ～Ar=Ciel Ar=Dor～ will go on sale. And the Pantalea concert is only a little after two weeks from now! The samples for ～Ar=Ciel Ar=Dor～ came out some time ago. The case and enclosed pamphlet of the DVD's first limited edition were finished, and were prettier than I expected. The first standard edition had a little less design, but it's still pretty, too. Well, I'm happy that both of them still had great designs. I enjoyed receiving them very much!

Change of subjects.
Recently, I'd be feeling happy and slightly disheartened.

On the happy things first. My little sister given birth to a son! That means I'm an aunt...I'm not sure whether to feel happy or...embarrassed. I pondered upon what I should give him, so I went shopping between work intervals. I would be happy to give a give to such a special person! Slowly I gave thought to what I wanted to give, and I worried if it might be too cute...

And now, the slightly disheartening things.
Just recently, I went to a shop that sells aroma oils, and I tried out this jasmine oil. It had such a wonderful fragrance that I bought it. But when I got home, and turn on the light (note: could've been an aroma oil lamp or candle), I smelled something like a bathroom scent. The room was filled with that sort of smell, and was dazed for a bit. When I came to, I tried smelling the jasmine directly. It really has a nice fragrance.
But why did the light have such a strong smell? When I turn it on, it's like the smell of the oil itself has changed...I wouldn't know. I thought about what to do with the rest of the oil, and considered blending it with my other oils so that it consumes slowly.
Like doing a chemistry experiment, I started blending. I thought that if I made a mistake in the amounts, the jasmine could overwhelm the scent of the other oil.
I'd bought that oil supposedly for healing, and I don't exactly feel healed now.

ah, Sebz. nice to see you posting here after a while. I'm just glad you did, I can understand your busy schedule.

a jukebox as a widget... how much I wish I can use it at my blog. too bad wordpress doesn't support JavaScript. *sigh*

but what is Shikata no Tsubayaki? it sounds like another blog of hers? ^^"

Shikata no Tsubayaki is translated to Shikata's Murmurs, so it's a section that Shikata herself writes...kind of like her monthly update, in her own words.
