Emblems of your Childhood
Some people have Smashmouth, some Harry Potter, and some Toy Story.
What were the things, you felt, represented your childhood? It can range from a song, to a toy (Tamagochi, anyone?), to a channel, to a movie.
For me, it would definitely be old Nickelodeon, with the epic live audience shows (Kenan and Kel, All That) and game shows (Double Dare, Legends of the Hidden Temple, etc).

Represent my childhood...?
This is hard. I can't think of anything at the moment. I'm really a short-term memory person, ahaha~ I'll write something here once I remember it.

Emm~ i suppose Doraemon? XD
However, what really characterized my childhood was the repetitive acts of drawing and scribbling on my apartment walls and seeing my mom covering them, again and again, with layers and layers of paint...

Albert the Fifth Musketeer!
It's a french cartoon, I know it was aired in other countries but I don't know if it is really well known... It is full of smart humor and references children can't understand, this is why I still love watching it (and my mother too).

I know the lyrics by heart.
It is my favourite cartoon since I was a baby who didn't know how to speak.

Re: Emblems of your Childhood
I had Polly Pockets as a kid. OMG! I tried to collect them all. OH! And Littlest Pet Shop! They are totally not like the ones they make nowadays. I love the ones when I was a kid. I still have quite a few of them. Though a lot of them got lost when I moved. :/ Even though I don't have some of the toys, I still have the memories.
Hmm... what else was big when I was a kid...
In eight grade Pokemon and Digimon were pretty big. I remember people would have arguments about which show was better. LOL!
